Remember

Everything in nature knows how to become what it was created to be.

An acorn becomes an oak.

A seed becomes a flower.

The human body knows how to grow, adapt, heal, and renew itself in ways that continue

to inspire awe.

Why?

Because the intelligence that created it has never been lost.

I believe the same is true of us.

We are not our bodies.

We are not the stories we have collected.

We are not our wounds, diagnoses, successes, or failures.

We are spiritual beings of Light who have chosen the extraordinary experience of life in

human form.

Our lives are not a journey toward becoming someone new.

They are a journey of remembering who we have always been.

Every joy...

Every challenge...

Every illness...

Every relationship...

Every loss...

Every triumph...

Becomes a teacher inviting us back to that remembrance.

This is the philosophy that guides my work.

Within the Bioenergetic model I practice, Chakras 12–8 represent the master organizing

system through which our higher consciousness, soul purpose, and innate wholeness

are expressed. Chakras 1–7 are the centers through which that intelligence lives and

expresses itself physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

When stress, trauma, subconscious emotional memories, and life's experiences

interfere with this natural organization, we can begin to feel disconnected—from our

health, our purpose, and ultimately from ourselves.

My work is not to heal you.

My work is not to fix you.

Nothing essential about you has ever been broken.

My role is to help remove the interference that obscures the innate intelligence already

present within you.

As that interference begins to dissolve, the nervous system becomes more coherent.

The body naturally moves toward greater balance.

The heart opens.

Awareness expands.

Health becomes a byproduct of living in greater alignment with who you truly are.

Healing, then, is not the destination.

Remembering is.
